POSITION:          HIGH SCHOOL ENGLISH (9th grade Language Arts,
                             Journalism, Yearbook and possibly Drama)
                                   
REPORTS TO:      High School Principal

STARTING DATE:  August, 2008

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:

1.         Shall be a graduate of a recognized college or university
2.         Shall hold a valid Michigan teachers' certificate with
            a BA certification at secondary level
3.         Highly qualified under No Child Left Behind
4.         Ability to function effectively with minimal supervision.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

1.         BC Certification at Secondary Level
2.         Ability to work democratically with others and project a positive attitude
3.         Experience working with high school age students

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:  As per contract.

SALARY:   As per contract.

STARTING DATE:   Fall 2008

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
1.  Valid Michigan Teacher's Certification in Music and/or Art
2.  Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
3.  Ability to function effectively with minimal supervision.
4.  Highly qualified as defined by No Child Left Behind.
5.  Shall Meet North Central accreditation requirements.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
1.  Experience in working with Elementary age students.
2.  Background in vocal music and/or art.
3.  Ability to project a positive attitude.
4.  Ability to work democratically with others.
