Now is the time to start thinking about how you will prepare for your championship finish and become stronger than you thought possible. As per MHSPLA regulations, all lifters must compete for the school in which they are enrolled. The regional qualifying competition is held at Edwardsburg High School in February, with the state finals held in March. The sooner an athlete begins their specifically tailored training, the better their performance by competition time.
