Strategic Plans

We're thrilled to share with you our redesigned strategic plan (2023) and the addition of the athletic department strategic plan, both of which outline our vision for the future and the steps we'll take to achieve our goals.

A strategic plan is a road map that guides an organization's decisions and actions. It identifies the organization's strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and outlines strategies for achieving its goals. A well-developed strategic plan helps an organization align its resources, prioritize its efforts, and measure its progress.

Our strategic plans are the result of months of collaboration and planning by our team. We've taken the time to analyze our roles and responsibilities in education, our student needs, and the ever-changing needs of students within our geographic area to identify the best opportunities for growth and innovation. We've set ambitious goals that will challenge us to push beyond our current limits, and we've developed a clear action plan to continue moving forward together.

Our strategic plans focuses on several key areas and overall goals, including:

• Student Success: Improve student growth through the use of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) framework.
• Teaching and Learning: Implement high-quality professional learning practices to build the capacity of staff to improve student learning experiences and outcomes.
• District Departments: Ensure departments within the district uphold a high standard, meet stakeholder satisfaction, and are efficient.
• Community Outreach (Shared by both): Increase and provide clear and transparent communication to all stakeholders through the use of various communication tools to promote the district; further establish its presence within the county; and maintain/increase student enrollment.
• Student Leadership: Improve growth of student-athletes.
• Program Leadership: Ensure high-quality athletic programming to improve student-athlete experiences.
• Department Leadership: Ensure the department and its respective programs uphold a high standard.

We believe that by focusing on these areas, we'll be able to build a stronger, more resilient school district that can adapt to changes in the field of education and--most importantly--meet our students' needs.
